    • Request appointments for evaluations needed by inmates from the basic unit of forensic medicine, as long as they are ordered by the Judges.

    Serve as Secretary of the Hearing in the assigned cases; prepare the folder in advance with drafts and/or outlines for the Hearing; take notes on what transpires during it; prepare the minutes; make a security reproduction of the hearing, label and organize the CDs or cassettes in envelopes, both those that are attached to the proceedings and those that are archived for security.
    • In the cases, Habeas Corpus, or Tutelas assigned to you, enter the data in “Justicia Siglo XXI”, complement it, and record each action upon concluding the respective procedure.
    • Pass the Cases, Habeas Corpus, and Tutelas to the office no later than the day after the date received, so they can be assigned to the office collaborators, a hearing date set, or a decision made, unless it must be decided on a provisional or urgent measure.
    • Enter the scheduled hearing dates in the new system into the internal planner.
    Upon concluding the processes, make annotations regarding the sentence and finalize the sending of the files in Justicia Siglo XXI.
    • Record the Cases in the books, specifying the reason for doing so.
    • Prepare the forwarding formats for the Judicial Services Center, Execution Courts of Sentences and Security Measures, as well as for the Tribunal and other authorities.
    • Process the decisions assigned to you regarding Constitutional Actions or the Accusatory Penal System, and manage in full the cases assigned to you.
    Assist the public.
    • File the Cases, Habeas Corpus, and Tutelas in the filing books. They will then be entered into the Internal Control of the Office and the Justicia XXI System, so they can be assigned by the Judge or Secretary to whoever should handle their processing and prepare the respective project.
    • Draft the orders admitting the tutela and habeas corpus actions; and the take-up orders for the cases assigned to you; also prepare the letters and other necessary proceedings within the legal deadlines.
    • Deliver correspondence to the Judicial Services Center.
    • File daily the CASES that come out, resolutions, and others in an orderly manner.
    • Prepare the drafts of certificates requested by users.
    • Manage the archive (including requesting the files needed and returning them promptly).
