• Accompany the student to therapy sessions such as speech therapy, Sensory therapy, providing support during therapy and learning strategies to reinforce therapeutic techniques in daily classroom activities
• Communicate regularly with therapists to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies to ensure continuity between therapy sessions and the classroom environment
• Assist the student in social settings, encouraging peer interaction and guiding the development of appropriate social skills
• Keep track of the student's academic, social, and behavioral progress, providing feedback to the teachers, therapists, and parents
• Foster independence in the student by encouraging the development of self-regulation, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills like carrying his lunchbox, staying in line and giving him some space during break time to make friends or play
• Paying attention to him at all times to stop him from hitting himself or being aggressive to himself
• Giving him so much love so he doesn't feel the need to be a risk to himself or injure himself

• Providing individualized, one-on-one tutoring sessions in a comfortable, familiar home environment to help the child feel safe and secure
• Developing and implementing a customized learning plan that addresses the child's specific needs, strengths, and areas of difficulty, with a focus on improving communication skills and managing anxiety
• Utilizing a variety of teaching methods, such as visual aids, hands-on activities, and positive reinforcement, to engage the child and maintain their attention during sessions
