•Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules for gas utility construction, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and field teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.

• Prepare project budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental and safety standards.

• Facilitate permitting and right-of-way acquisition processes with municipalities and property owners.

• Track and report project progress using project management tools (e.g., Workflow Manager, ArcView GIS).

• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

• Review invoices and release payment to vendors and contractors.

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, and utility maps.

• Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management

• Support emergency response planning and coordination for gas utility operations as needed.

• Continuously improve planning processes through lessons learned and industry best practices.
