• Perform fiber optic restoration during outages, including locating and repairing damaged cables.
• Interpret construction drawings, plans, and schematics to execute network builds. Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and network engineers on job sites.
• Maintain accurate records of splicing diagrams, test results, and work performed. Train and mentor Fiber Technician I team members when needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures.

• Preparing cables with label tags, performing basic splicing, testing for continuity and signal strength, and ensuring work is done safely and to industry standards. Dressing & maintaining a clear pathway for cable to be laid.
