I am was a foster child who comes back from a complicated background. I was 13 when i was officially adopted, and that was a big change but was definitely a good thing. If it weren't for my foster parents, I wouldn't know where i would have been. They, my foster parents, helped me navigate through life, i learned majority of my living ability and helped me with my communication. I was once a shy girl, who was closed off from everyone, and would shut down when approached. Due to my past, i have learned to be very independent. I am able to work alone, as well as with others if needed. I have always been able to care for others in my presence, including children, especially since i am the eldest of 6. I would say i am very dependable under pressure, i have also worked with others who don't have the best communicational skills. Being super friendly is a big deal to me as well, i am nice, outgoing, and am very good at cleaning. I think it's therapeutic. I haven't been working to help my foster parents with livestock, but i know i will be a good employee. Once again, love cleaning because it calms me, i also am able to lift heavy objects. I have a big family, so again, i know how to communicate my emotions, as well as regulate them, on top of that, am able to work with and/or around others who don't know how to. I will make a big difference to the work field. Dependable individual with strengths in relationship building and cultural awareness. Committed to maintaining welcoming community environments and supporting well-being.
