Interview and approve selection of candidates to attend the Top Gun program.
Coordinate and educate terminals, academies, recruiters, and DQ teams regarding Top Gun program for KNX.
Assist in safety and retention efforts for students during their first year of employment.
Provide training and coaching to assigned facilitators to ensure compliance with Top Gun program standards.
Gather sufficient information from available resources (assessments, academy leadership, etc.) to ensure cost effective approach to location assignment of students.

Send out weekly surveys to Students and quantify the information to share with each Facilitator and Top Gun leadership.
Ensure all drivers meet DOT and Top Gun requirements to attend the academy.
Monitor student progress throughout duration of training and provide coaching and developmental feedback to instructors as well as students.
