- Starting with COX in 2020, I have controlled and produced many projects of varying size and scope that has totaled roughly $30 Million in construction builds. All projects throughout my 4-years with COX have been controlled by me, cradle-to-grave, and the scope of my work includes, but is not limited to; walking out preliminary designs, permit mapping, BOMs, work order creation, coordination with jurisdictions and their officials, HOA coordination, quality control, invoicing/payments, contractor negotiations and project tracking through both personal and company project management and tracking tools. I am currently one of the three planners that are working on and refining the processes that will be used in the years to come in relation to OLT builds and processes for FTTX overlays. In addition to my daily work, I am also often looked at as the go-to for taking on additional expedited projects with high visibility, completing specialized projects that stray from the typical scope, and training the new planners as they transition into our team. In 2021, I won a Gold Standard award for excellence in my performance.

- Managing our Seattle office’s in-house construction crew and overseeing construction performed by our sub-contractors, primarily aerial small-cell fiber construction.
