  • Developed software for the E2000 and E3200 Epitaxial (EPI) single chamber tools and Eagle-i Intrepid multi chamber tools.
  • Tested SECS/GEM functionality of the tools to ensure it met the Semi Standards for 200mm and 300mm equipment.

Software Support Engineer

  • Analyzed logs from the EPI and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) tools to determine the root cause of the software issue.
  • Tried to recreate the issue on simulators or real tools if the issue could not be recreated on a simulator.
