I Also install all flooring on projects as well as all phases of Carpentry to ready for electrical and plumbing contractors to complete their work then schedule for their inspections. I walk all inspections with the inspectors. Once their work is completed I schedule the drywall walk their screw inspections. then I complete all finishes to paint and turn the painting over to the in house painters.

  • I was hired by R&O Construction in Oct 2013 From Worthington Military Construction.
  • As ASST Superintendent until the QCM quit the Quality Control position then took over the project as Superintendent Finishing the building interior and exterior. a senior Superintendent was brought on to finish all Civil onsite and off site work
  • I carried out these rolls for the following projects,
  • Fort Huachuca Candlewood Suites hotel this was a privately owned hotel on the Military base Part of the P.A.L. program for the owner company Lend Lease Contracted through R&O Construction. This was a 29 Million dollar project. Completed within Contract completion and within budget.
  • The Elysian at the District in Green Valley Henderson NV. a 30 Million dollar32 Building luxury apartment complex with two swimming pools, Rec Building, and fitness building. 18 Month Schedule finished one month before contract date.
  • I then I was able to run my own work completing owner change orders on a Knights Transportation TI a project taken over for another superintendent. Ken's Foods, Adding a Structural Frame on the commercial roof for a future chilling system.
  • I Also completed a Rachel's Kitchen Restaurant built inside of a operational Hilton GardenInn. this was an extremely fast pace schedule I built out for a six week duration and completed inFour weeks making the company $46,000 dollars profit.
  • Facilitating processing of RFI's, submittal's and samples among the sub-contractors, the owner and the owner's consultants. Educating general contractor personnel on the quality standards throughout the construction process. Assigned projects and tasks to employees based on their competencies and specialties. Also following up with the production side of coordinating sub contractors when necessary, and making decisions to following all contract documents to achieve a finished product in a timely manner.

Accomplishments

    My largest and most proud accomplishments have been the amazing projects I've had the chance to work on and the amazing people I've had the chance to work with. Is the Candlewood Suites on Fort Huachuca was a 29 million dollar project completed on schedule with over 350 completed RFI's and 9.5 million in change orders. Also I am very Is proud of being one of the superintendents on the elysian at the district in green valley Henderson Nevada. This was a 20 acre luxury apartment complex with 20 buildings including the rec building. Also having the opportunity to work on the ikea in Las Vegas ment alot to me.
