• Office of Administration:

Oversees department transfers, promotions, light-duty assignments, vacancy rates, staffing data, Overtime Committee and compliance, Task Fitness Committee.

• Organizational Integrity Bureau / Quality Assurance and Standards Unit:

Oversaw Policy, Accreditation (ALEAP), Inspections, Financial Chief for major events, assisted with Department of Justice (DOJ) investigation into the Phoenix Police Department.

• Airport Bureau:

Oversaw 6 (six) second and third shift squads with the security of the Sky Harbor Airport. Member of the Airport Law Enforcement Agencies Network (ALEAN).

• Violent Crimes Bureau / Robbery Unit:

Oversaw investigations including robberies, kidnappings, and extortions. Responded and oversaw Officer Involved Shootings.

• Property Crimes Bureau / Technical Investigations Unit:

Oversaw Financial Crimes, Auto Theft, the Business and Economic Stability Team, the Warrant Interdiction Squad, the Repeat Offender Program, and the Court Liaison Detail.

• Patrol Lieutenant / Mountain View, Cactus Park, and Desert Horizon Precincts:

Oversaw patrol functions.

• Office of Administration / Administrative Sergeant in the Chief’s Office:

Handled all administrative assignments in the Chief's office, including responding to all correspondences from the public to the Chief, supervising all administrative staff, and special projects from the chiefs.

• Homeland Defense Bureau / Warrant Interdiction Squad:

Oversaw a squad of 10 detectives that would research, locate and arrest those with outstanding warrants.

• Homeland Defense Bureau / Repeat Offender Program:

Oversaw a squad of detectives that consisted of both case agents that investigated and submitted cases for repeat offenders, and detectives that conducted surveillance on repeat offenders.

• Community Relations Bureau:

Oversaw the School Resource Officer (SRO) program as the Coordinator, oversaw the Cadet/Explorer Program and Volunteer Program.

• Patrol Sergeant / Central City Precinct:

Oversaw patrol functions

• Family Investigations Bureau / Special Investigations Detail:

Investigated all City of Phoenix employees who committed crimes, including Phoenix Police Officers and Phoenix Firefighters.

• Property Crimes Bureau / Document Crimes Detail:

Investigated Financial Crimes, including forgeries, identity thefts, and embezzlements.

• School Resource Officer:

Covered two high schools in the Desert Horizon Precinct.

• Field Training Officer (FTO):

FTO in the Desert Horizon Precinct.

• Patrol Officer:

Basic patrol functions.
