My experience in retail and patient care helped me build strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer first mindset, which I believe would be a great fit for the Apple Store environment. Working in retail taught me how to connect with different types of people, stay organized during busy shifts, and work well both independently and with a team. These same skills were important in my role as a Clinical Research Assistant, where I collaborated with physicians, sponsors, and coworkers to keep studies on track. Keeping paperwork and deadlines organized reminded me of the attention to detail I used on the sales floor, like managing inventory, tracking promotions, and learning the store layout. Both roles helped me become adaptable, professional, and focused on creating a great experience for everyone I worked with.
