I’m a claims and account management professional with a well-rounded background in insurance and logistics, backed by a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management. My experience includes managing bodily injury claims at State Farm, handling national freight accounts at Spot Freight, and working across industries where clear communication, judgment, and accountability matter.
Over the past few years, I’ve gained valuable experience in both corporate and fast-paced private-sector environments. I made a return to Spot Freight after my time at State Farm, and while I’m grateful for the opportunity, I’ve realized that long-term, my strengths and career goals are better aligned with client services, insurance, and operational leadership. That clarity is what’s guiding my current job search.
While I hope to grow into leadership over time, I’m committed to doing the work to get there. I’m seeking a stable, long-term role where I can contribute immediately, grow through consistent performance, and build a meaningful career—especially in roles related to claims, operations, or customer experience.
