Processing security background checks for enlistment, security clearances. marketing and data analysis, market charge assessment(s), operating as a team leader for recruiting teams, which required onboarding, training, helping guide with recruiting, an career path of junior Soldiers. Processing and completing enlistment contracts and shipping to training new enlistees while working at the MEPS station. Finishing my career as the IADT Manager for the state of Arizona, which involved managing and taking care of all new enlisted Soldiers in the Army for the state for Arizona while they are away at their initial training.
