Initially enlisted and became an Operator for Special Operations Unit, moved into aviation from there as a mechanic and flight engineer for the CH 47, UH 60, and LUH helicopters. Moved to the recruiting job field, where I stayed and finished my career in the Army. Duties, jobs, and tasks in these fields for 24 years were, but not limited to, operating on tasks alone, in teams, as a team leader. Reconnaissance and surveillance. Hostage rescue and target take down, along with other areas in the field operating in a Special Unit. Maintaining and operating as a crew chief on helicopters as part of the Army's Aviation and Counter Drug Operations. Finished my career in Army Recruiting, which was 13 years. duties and tasks there were finding qualified applicants for enlistment into the Army. Processing security background checks for enlistment, security clearances. marketing and data analysis, market charge assessment(s), operating as a team leader for recruiting teams, which required onboarding, training, helping guide with recruiting, an career path of junior Soldiers. Processing and completing enlistment contracts and shipping to training new enlistees while working at the MEPS station. Finishing my career as the IADT Manager for the state of Arizona, which involved managing and taking care of all new enlisted Soldiers in the Army for the state for Arizona while they are away at their initial training.
