- Lead and manage the facility operations, ensuring that all processes are in compliance with company/state policies and procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the facility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Oversee staffing needs, recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
- Ensure that all clinical and administrative activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners
- Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate with medical directors and physicians to ensure optimal patient care
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Lead initiatives to increase patient satisfaction and engagement
- Facilitate communication between departments and personnel
