I performed all service and maintenance for 202 rental units. Service included appliance troubleshooting , parts lookup, ordering and replacement. Drywall replacement and texture matching and painting as needed. All service requests were generated by the front office serviced as directed. Also on call service.

Seasonal work at Halloween time is very exciting and interesting. Costumes and makeup artists, for the scare of your life.

I handled contracts, evictions and monies for apartments condos and homes. Paid mortgages and utilities as required. All maintenance painting and repairs were my sole responsibility.
