I was previously a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent at the Wellton Border Patrol Station in Yuma Arizona. I have 25 years of Border Patrol Experience. I began my Border Patrol Career on May 10, 1998. I became a canine handler in September 2002 after attending the Border Patrol Canine handler school at the National Canine Facility in El Paso, Texas. In June of 2007 I completed the Border Patrol Canine instructor course also located at the National Canine Facility in El Paso, Texas. I have been a canine handler for 21 years. I have been a certified canine instructor for 16 years and I have been a Supervisory Border Patrol Agent for over 13 years. I have managed employees in a law enforcement setting for the majority of my career. In September of 2023 I retired from the United States Border Patrol after over 25 years of service.
