OPD, Laser Therapy, Pediatrics, Long term(homecare), Phlebotomy:

• Assess needs, plan, implement and evacuate evidence-based nursing care
• Provide healthcare advice through educating patients, care takers and families
• Ensure the smooth running of clinics/ departments
• Carry out clinical nursing procedures
• Work collaboratively with other members of the health and social care team
• Manage to evaluate treatment plan with and without guidance by the doctor
• Maintained health and safety protocols within the facility
• Ensured to recommend and perform follow-up treatments wherever necessary.
• Streamlined communication between team members, resulting in more efficient patient care coordination.

Operating Room Nurse:

• Schedule patient admissions for surgical procedures and handle discharges
• Perform assessments, take vital signs, and chart patient conditions and physician instructions
• Work alongside surgical teams to make sure that patients are receiving the best possible care
• Work in past paced environment
• Develop an individualized perioperative plan of care
• Assist with the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures and effectively and efficiently assist the surgeon during the procedure
• Facilitation of learning for patients/families, nursing staff, and other members of the health care team.

Emergency Room Nurse:

• Work as part of a team with physician, other nurses and Healthcare professional to provide care.
• Display clinical skills in managing the critical care of all categories of Emergency Department Patients.
• React effectively in emergency scenarios, demonstrate sound decision making that helped save patient lives.
• Monitor health conditions, plan long-term care needs.
• Administer medicine, use medical equipment, perform minor medical operations.
• Advise patients and their families on illness, care and continue care after hospital stay.
