• Senior Technician- 20+ construction experience, HVAC System Controls, 6-year electrician.
• NAU, INTEL, St. Joseph Hospital, Dignity health, Chase Field, Luhr's Marriott Sky Rise Build, ICA Arizona Tucson Phoenix, Go Daddy, CVS Corporate, ASU, Charles Schwab, Yuma AZ Western College.
• RESPONSIBILITES - Install Communication line, between control boards. 24/2 gauge shielded. Test and Repair communication line of any shorts. Installed motorized damper actuators and mechanical parts. Installed relays to brake emergency shut off circuits of supply and return air, motors and fans. Trim and makeup HVAC applications, boards, sub panels and units by using step down transformers 120 VAC- 24 VDC. Trim and install board outputs and inputs sensors and applications. Allowing plant operator full access via PC of mechanical motors and sensors daily operations. Integrate other systems (fire alarm smoke duct detectors) with the EMS Systems. Install digital door card readers, door strikes, magnetic locks and motion sensors. Troubleshoot every aspect of control board outputs and wiring associated with EMS system. Experienced in makeup of VFD controllers and installation. Makeup of valves motors and circuitry.

• Skills - electrical assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components. Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Diagnose - malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. . Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects. Thread conduit ends, connected couplings, and fabricated and secured conduit support brackets, using hand tools. Drew diagrams of electrical systems Installed, maintained and repaired electrical and control systems.
• Knowledge of VPN, third party web interfacing and software associated with PC/MS Operation Systems, Excel, Office, Word, ext.
• Knowledge- N4, air handler units, chillers, pumps, valves, fire suppression systems, Security systems, Alarm Systems, Voice /Data, Central plant builds and basic knowledge sequence of operations. FCU/FTB/VAV/AC/ Heat pumps/VFD/AHU/Cooling towers...
