Continuing my career in manufacturing as a CNC Programmer. My mission is to be involved down on the floor with the team getting feedback to help improve machine runs and improve set up procedures. I enjoy working with management in the day-to-day planning of jobs for best machine utilization.

  • Building production processes (MOT) using Solidworks
  • Programming using Mastercam 2023 3-axis mills, 4-axis horizontal mills, 5-axis mill w/ turning capabilities, 2-axis turning.
  • Create probing logic in Siemens and Fanuc.
  • Manage post edits.
  • Generate tooling libraries and tool lists, file process documents and proven NC files for operator access.
  • Prove out and troubleshoot machining process from start to finish.
  • Work along side with and train operators on understanding the process.
  • Update customer revision changes.
  • Troubleshoot current processes that have problems. Address the issues, work with management to decide the best course of action and fix what is necessary.
