Manage various projects as Sustainability team lead, and oversee commissioning activities for Estidama projects.
Develop the Owners Project Requirements, Basis of the design, perform the design review, update tender specification, & ensure that all sustainability requirements are captured in the tender package for Design Projects.
Conduct the stockholder meetings and communicate the project requirements to owners, consultants, contractors &TAB team

Prepare the final commissioning reports and documents related to MEP credits

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform as building commissioning agent for new construction and existing buildings to obtain green building certification
• Take on site measurement, power readings, perform chiller, AHU, Pump & Lighting control tests, other retro commissioning field procedures
• Prepare building commissioning report, monitoring based commissioning report with BMS trend data, metering points and plot the energy trend
• Perform energy audit consulting work, collect the utilities data for past 36 months and prepare data for analysis and calculate the EUI
• Recommend energy conservation measures with savings calculations and target EUI
• Train and manage the team and deliver the deliverables on time
• Train facilities O&M personnel if needed

Project Management Responsibilities

• Develop budget and schedule for commissioning, energy auditing & retrocommissioning projects
• Lead project meetings
• Communicate with site leads, client, and corporate team
• Monitor job progress, quality control, and schedule to assure successful completion

Technical Responsibilities

• Manage various project as Sustainability team lead, Enroll the project with Municipality and drive the entire project team to achieve the target Estidama rating

• Co-ordinate with different project verticals owner, developer, consultant, contractors, supplier, QA/QC & QS, TAB team to ensure that quality delivery

Technical Responsibilities

• Witness the building commissioning activities and document the commissioning results for municipality submission
• Review and approve the construction documents
• Perform energy simulation and ensure the project achieves mandatory savings
• Handles various residential, commercial, airport & healthcare projects
• Handled prestigious govt. projects - SEHA medical facility, Al Ain Airport & Marine Base ware house

Job Description

• Perform as commissioning witnessing agency and ensure all LEED requirements are met during construction
• Develop OPR, BOD & functional performance checklists for each MEP system and communicate with the project team about the building commissioning requirements
• Perform the functional performance test for each building system
• Document the building commissioning results and prepare the commissioning report for USGBC LEED submission
• Completed 25+ project as building commissioning agent to achieve green building certification
