Throughout my time with Mark-Taylor, I have had the privilege of being part of two successful lease-ups, gaining valuable experience in building strong operational foundations, creating exceptional resident experiences, and driving performance from the ground up. The lease-up environment has challenged me to grow quickly, adapt, and develop the skills needed to deliver results in a fast-paced and competitive market.

I have become proficient in weekly and monthly reporting, renewal processes, delinquency management, resident retention strategies, and many other operational responsibilities that are essential to a successful community. My experience has allowed me to understand not only the day-to-day operations of a community but also the importance of leading with accountability, building relationships, and consistently working toward client goals.

A large part of my success comes from the mentorship and leadership I have received throughout my journey at Mark-Taylor.
