● From the start-up of new ownership with revenue of $1 million a year to end of 2024 increased to over $11 million a year. I was responsible for overseeing the entire company as the main line of contact as well for contractors, supply companies and business. As a company we worked as a subcontractor for large power companies such as APS, TEP, SRP and American Power, doing underground duct bank conduit projects, clearing and maintaining building right of way for new and existing transmission power lines. Managing multiple jobs and multiple different sites simultaneously, while working with the superintendents to line out the jobs and crews making sure daily operations ran smoothly and approved worker’s time. Assisted with estimating and bidding on jobs, helped with financials and the hiring process. Acquired permits for jobs including dust control, right of way, blue stake, city and county permits.
