Responsible for directly managing key hospital departments - CRM, RCM, Facility and Engineering, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, Medical records, and Procurement.

Supporting General Manager in all expansion and growth projects - Initiated ongoing expansion of OPD Pediatrics, additional OBGY clinics. Overseeing other operational projects, like CSSD reinitiation.

Working closely with the Finance manager in preparation of feasibilities, budgeting, and P&L analysis, and CAPEX planning/utilization.

• Responsible for end to end management of the hospital operations with key focus on business growth & optimization.
• Budget - Responsible for conceptualizing annual hospital budget with delivery of key financial insights.
• P&L - Working closely with the hospital director on P&L governance and delivery of major financial and operational KPI's including Revenue, EBITDA & EBIT.
• CAPEX - Responsible for CAPEX planning & utilization
• Projects - Develop project feasibilities, oversee hospital projects in conjunction with the engineering manager.
• Strategic planning - As a part of core hospital leadership team, actively involved in short & long term strategic planning.
• Operational KPI streamlining - Providing oversight and guidance to the team on management of key OP & IP KPI's - DRG's, disallowances, debtors days, administration overheads, OT Utlization, cash outstanding, OP to IP conversion &
• Patient experience - Heading patient experience committee to develop and monitor action plans to improve overall patient experience and streamline bottlenecks.
• Physician Management - Management of financial physician performance improvement, PLP & ID Fee, review & approval of departmental schedules, annual leaves and time backs
• Service line improvement - Study & explore service level improvement opportunities to improve margins.
• Directly oversee RCM, Front Office, Finance, Procurement, Insurance & Medical Records.
• Staff engagement - Working closely with line managers and hospital leadership to improve overall staff engagement
