Summary As a Team Trainer at Love’s Travel Stop, I play a key role in developing high‑performing team members and maintaining smooth, customer‑focused store operations. I ensure new and existing employees are trained to Love’s standards, understand daily procedures, and deliver exceptional service to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Train new hires on store policies, safety procedures, customer service expectations, and operational tasks
• Making sure All employees are staying on track with their training videos.
• Provide hands‑on coaching in areas such as cashiering, food service, stocking, cleaning, and shift routines
• Model Love’s core values by maintaining a positive, professional, and customer‑first attitude
• Support management by reinforcing performance standards and giving feedback on employee progress
• Ensure all team members follow cleanliness, sanitation, and safety guidelines throughout the store
• Assist with daily operations, including register support, inventory, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized environment
• Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Promote teamwork, communication, and a supportive work culture
• Step into leadership responsibilities when supervisors or managers are unavailable
