• Scheduling patients for medical imaging appointments, would use electronic health record systems and providing amazing customer service. I would also do insurance verification, and efficiently coordinate with patients, physicians, and staff to optimize patient flow. It was more of a fast pass flow due to high volume in calls.

• Handel large call volumes and learn great communication skills as well as working with medical insurance and medical patients. I would follow HIPPA and I worked for long periods of time on a computer. I would schedule a medical patients form of transportation depending on capability.

• While working for this company I gained more experience in the logistics industry. I started off in pick/packing and began to be crossed trained into other departments once I became one of the top pickers. It was a fast pass environment with long hours on your feet and working with headsets and scanning equipment.

Assisted children of various age groups, primarily focusing on younger kids. Supported diaper changing and facilitated potty training activities.

• Evaluated items making sure there was no damage to the item or the packaging. If the item was in perfect condition I would process the item by marking down the item value to be resold. This process was done with boxes weighing between 1 to 45lbs. Constantly walking and up on feet for 10 hr shifts, It was a great work out.
