• Led the successful installation of Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, and GRE piping systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strict adherence to specifications.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of piping systems, compliance with safety standards, and timely resolution of any on-site technical issues.
• Conducted inspections and testing of piping systems to verify they met required quality standards and were completed within the scheduled time frame.
• Ensured the completion and clearance of all punch list items, closely monitoring progress and addressing any outstanding issues.
• Provided support to the QA/QC and commissioning teams, ensuring that all quality and operational standards were met during project completion.
• Actively participated in site meetings and review sessions, communicating any on-site issues, and contributing to the resolution of challenges.

Project: Future Growth Project / Wellhead Pressure Management Project

• Managed HVAC and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) works for Multi Well Pad (MWP) and Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) projects, ensuring all activities were aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Ensured that all HVAC and E&I work complied with local and international legal requirements, as well as recognized safety standards, to meet both regulatory and industry benchmarks.
• Monitored productivity and cost metrics, making necessary adjustments to address challenges, and optimizing labor efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducted daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of work progress, ensuring that the project stayed on track and any deviations were promptly addressed.
• Prepared comprehensive reports on job status, providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders, and ensuring transparency in project execution.
• Enforced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations on-site, actively participating in HSE programs to promote a culture of safety and compliance.

• Oversaw HVAC works for 12 Mess Halls, 2 Medical Centers, and 4 Offices within the Temporary Construction Facilities Project, ensuring all installations met project specifications and deadlines.

Project: Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline Project / Compressor and Metering Stations

• Managed the installation of ventilation ducts, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Close Control Units (CCUs), heating-cooling systems, and fire protection systems for various buildings including Admin, Substation, Gas Metering, Turbo Expander, HP/LP Fuel Gas, Compressor, Fire & Potable Water, and Guest House buildings.
