Greeting guests when they arrive with the intent of making a great first impression, which sets the tone for a great customer experience. Greet the customers making sure it went well and helping with any questions they have. Cleaning clubs and wash the cart's making sure everything is back organized. Any other duties including: maintenance, cleaning, detailing carts.

Started as a service technician changing and fixing tires. Promoted to crew chief to help assist the service coordinator with pulling tires, and helping the service techs. When further promoted to service coordinator, managed the back room, looked over every car for proper installation and quality asurance, handed the keys to the customer, went over the invoice making sure they understood the services performed, and addressed any concerns they had.
