• My main objective is to help my Foreman complete the project given to our crew. As his right hand man Communicated tasks needed for completion to crew members. Enhanced team collaboration by providing support in both English and Spanish. Collaborated with crew members of varying ages and experience levels. Some members are better for more detailed tasks while others need to be micromanaged. Trained and taught new crew members to complete tasks safely and efficiently. The job is to set the concrete foundation, from building foundations to sideways, curbs and gutters, concrete base light posts, anything that has to do with concrete. Heywood Builder concrete is a commercial company. We tackled big projects from far mesa to west phoenix.
• Most recently we built a couple new Starbucks locations, one in Goodyear and one in litchfield. We are the main builders for all the new Burger King locations. A lot of projects including ono-hawaiian BBQ, honor health hospital, Francis and son car wash we just finished a new one on 35th ave and thunderbird.
• As the lead I am the example for the company. Always on time, always stayed longer, always kept the jobs clean. Whatever the foreman needed done it was my job to finish it quickly and correctly. All commercial jobs are inspected by the city officials.
• I am an operator of heavy machinery on construction sites to assist in project completion., I am osha certified to drive:
• Operated skidsteer for site preparation and material transport.
• Operated backhoe for excavation and material handling on construction sites.
• Operated forklift to transport materials and equipment on job sites.

• At Kio autoparts warehouse I would pick orders at a faster and competitive rate. Here I was trained and certified to drive Forklift and order pickers with fall protection Osha certified. Completed training in all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE). This is a very simple job where we would use an RT scanner to read orders and part numbers to fulfill customer orders.

• This is a family owned dealership owned by a close friend of mine(Lupita Salas) She is one of my role models growing up. Managed detailing department for one year before transitioning to manager’s assistant, enhancing workflow and service quality. In the detailing department I did all sorts of jobs to restore vehicles she purchased from auction. From hand washing all vehicles big or small; new or old. We sold them all. My main tasks were: ordering material to keep supplies in stock and over-seeing 2 other details. I was the last line of defense before putting the cars for sale. I have great observation skills and great communication skills. If something was done correctly my helpers wouldn’t mind correcting their mistakes. We would deep detail over 10 cars a day in a fast paced environment.
• As the manager’s assistant I was now in charge of inspecting cars straight off the trailer from the auction. I would inspect them mechanically and visually. Created job orders for mechanics and detail crew. Developed detailed job orders outlining necessary repairs and services, facilitating streamlined communication between mechanics and detail crew. I am very mechanically inclined so I would put cars one by one on huge atlas car lights and check for bad suspension oil leaks and broken parts. The mechanics would later do a deeper dive on the reason why the parts or leaks came to the cars and our manager would decide the best tactic for the dealership to profit on all vehicles. This went on for another 2 years. Sadly Lupita now has cancer and the dealership is now sold. She is recovering and much healthier now, 2025.

• This is a family owned store come of many of the years. Still open today. I grew up in this store. I grew up in the cell phone business. From a very young age I loved technology, It is Struggled to resist fascination with technology's impact when I’m surrounded by Cell Phones. In August of 2016 I completed my courses to become a complete cell phone repair technician. My parents always had a guy to fix their phones for them. In 2016 I served as family technician for cell phone repairs. I can single-handedly fix any device in any condition and run my own profits while also giving my parents a cut of the money. I am certified to replace screens, batteries, buttons, charging ports, cameras and Handled repairs for multiple device components on all apple samsung windows and android devices. Also TVs , radios, gaming systems. Anything with a screen and power supply I can fix. Assessed device repairability, guiding customers to new inventory when repairs were not feasible. Specialized in water-damaged devices and data recovery for deeply damaged units, providing reliable repair options. Over the years technology has improved greatly to the point where technicians like me can no longer make ends meet.

• Here I started off as a courtesy clerk bagging groceries and pulling shopping carts. I would help the elderly put groceries into their cars in a polite manner. Being bilingual also helped translate to the cashiers what the customer needed.
• I was then promoted to the meat department where I worked a -0 degree freezer stocking meats and seafood. I would also take orders from customers while weighing and packing their meats. I took a leave for a better job opportunity.

• I took the regular public classes. I took honors classes all 4 years of highschool. Math is my favorite subject. I took an autotech class 10,11,12 grade where I got my Junior mechanics certification.
