Conducted a local retrospective study to enhance the efficiency of guided bone regeneration (GBR) around dental implants using d-PTFE membranes. Analyzing 93 augmented sites in 67 individuals from our community since 2009, our results highlight the success and minimal complications achieved through proper surgical techniques, elevated oral hygiene, and averted local heat during operations. This research contributes insights into the local application of biological principles, emphasizing primary closure, angiogenesis, space maintenance, and graft stability in GBR procedures
