I learned how to provide exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming environment. I collaborated with my coworkers to enhance workflow and provide quality service. Dutch bros specifically is a fast-paced environment, so I learned how to multitask efficiently while maintaining an organized workspace. Despite the chaos, I interacted with customers to promote a positive environment while also getting to know them on a personal level. This job offered me great experience working with people and overcoming adversity.

During my clinicals at the hospital, I assisted with patient assessments and planning of care under supervision. I helped to administer medications and monitored vital signs. I assisted in patient education under supervision as well as documentation. I assisted the nurses with procedures such as foley catheters, IVs, subcutaneous injections, and medication administration. I also assisted with bed changes, wound care, perineal care, and other needs of the patient.

I maintained customer service during busy shifts, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. I also contributed to workflow and a positive dining experience by staying organized and clean. I would assist with food preparation, support the kitchen staff, and take orders over the phone and in-person. This job challenged me to collaborate with other counter servers and the kitchen staff. I gained much experience with resolving customer inquiry, efficient communication, and teamwork.
