• Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports

PROJECT: Baku Bay Tower (Ravy Tower)

• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
• Overseeing building work

PROJECT: Sharg Bazari

• Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates
• Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.

PROJECT: National Flag Square (October 2022 - Feburary 2023)

• Overseeing the design and construction of the flagpole's foundation, which is crucial for stability, especially in the context of a tall structure like a flagpole.
• Checking the installation process of the reinforced piles, including monitoring pile driving, ensuring proper alignment, and conducting load tests to verify their integrity.
• Regularly document the progress of the flagpole project on a daily basis, including work accomplished, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the schedule.

HEAD OFFICE - Feburary 2023 - Current

• Collaborate with project managers and teams to collect essential data and information related to each project's progress, costs, and any notable developments.
• Ensuring that all projects adhere to a standardized format for monthly reporting, making it easier to compare and analyze data across projects.
• Using various cost estimating methods, such as unit rates, assembly-based pricing, or historical cost data, to calculate the cost of each item in the BOQ
• Providing more comprehensive data to management using Primavera P6 for project planning
