• Advice, mentor and support the Contractor for all aspects of construction HSE
  - Support the overall construction;
  - Implement HSE Department Policy and initiatives as directed by the HSE Site Manager;
  - Review Contractor’s HSE documentation. Monitor and ensure implementation of the Contractor’s approved HSE Plan;
  - Assist the HSE Site Manager in the collection of Safety Statistics from Contractors and issue Safety Performance Statistics as needed for reports;
  - Monitor project Safety program to ensure it supports construction progress;
  - Evaluate the Subcontractor’s HSE performance on an on-going basis. Make recommendations for improvement to the HSE Site Manager;
  - Provide training in subjects in which he is competent to act as an instructor and as directed by the HSE Site Manager;
  - Assist personnel in identifying potential hazards and the appropriate controls to reduce risk to an acceptable level;
  - Perform audits/inspections to identify opportunities for improvement;
  - Assist in the reporting, investigation of incidents including near misses and at-risk observations as well as assisting in the tracking to closure of open items resulting from the investigations;
  - Ensure that safety related equipment is installed correctly and is operating as intended
  - Attend and participate in well work “spud meetings” to pre-job identify safety/compliance issues to address simultaneous operational risks proactively;
  - Conduct HSE needs assessment and identifying skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed;
  - Identifying HSE mentoring and training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of personnel;
  - Assist the Site HSSE Manager in any duty he shall perform;
  - Identify and report on a daily basis unsafe situations and unsafe acts;
  - Ensure the documentation of personnel and certificates of equipment are available and valid before entering the site;
  - Attend periodical or special HSE meetings as required;
  - Assist in the performance of risk assessment;
  - Ensure workers’ welfare is maintained.

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local legislation and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and monitoring at workplaces to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and environmental awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and inspections.
• Develop appropriate measures to assess risks and minimize hazards.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and eliminate potential environmental and safety risks.
• Develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of safety measures.
• Participate in internal and external HSE audits and ensure compliance.

Organize safety training sessions and enhance employees HSE awareness.

• Investigate incidents and accidents, providing recommendations for prevention.

• İnspection of the facility to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Development and implementation of inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
• Development of health and safety procedures for all areas of the company.
• Preparation and scheduling training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitoring compliance with safety procedures.
• Drafts inspection reports to document inspection findings.
• Maintaining records of discharge of or employee exposure to hazardous waste and/or pollutants, as required.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Review and Approval of HSE Policy of Contractors and Subcontractors.
• Work Permit Requests reviews and approvals, regular checking
• Ensure the implementation of environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Support all senior managers to embed safety and an environmentally friendly attitude into their everyday activities, cascading this to all levels. Become the advocate and point of contact for HSE advice.
• Assist senior managers in the analysis of accidents, near misses, safety spots and environmental accidents and document the results.
• Proactively contribute to the management meetings of the site providing HSE data.

• Ensure the creation, implementation, updating, review, and auditing of the Company Health & Safety Plan in accordance with corporate guideline
• Gather and analyze HSE-related data.
• Make recommendations based on risk factors identified.
• Compile and submit regular HSE reports to management.
• Design and maintain a Corporate Risk Register related to safety issues.
• Provide regular reports and analytics on HSE data as needed.
• Prepare and deliver Health & Safety Training and Safety Inductions covering emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
• Support the company's Top Management, Units, and Departments in all issues concerning Health and Safety at work.
• Conduct regular HSE audits and prepare reports on these matters.
• Lead incident investigations and carry out accident analysis.
• Maintain incident statistics based on gathered data, identify trends, and suggest improvement plans.
