  • Involve and supervise in PC/Commissioning/Start-up/Operation procedures at field.
  • Maintain consumption and production records, visually quality control of feed/product, and
    report to DCS verifying their readings on the log sheets.
  • Strictly stimulate the company HSE policies and regulations, acknowledge Risk Assessment,
    ensure PPE of team members.
  • Take samples in particular points of both liquid/gas substances while strictly following safety
    precautions.
  • Sustain periodic inspections and ensure that the entire unit is properly in good condition,
    continually monitoring pressure, temperature, and flow rate of all lines.
  • Execute sequence start-up/shutdown actions of the whole unit, all turnover activities, and
    handover to incoming shift in details.
  • Inspection all equipment in the unit, promptly inform supervisors/authorities about any
    abnormal sound/odor that come up, and take corrective action.
  • Understand and enhance implementation of the equipment clearance PTW/LOTO procedure,
    as well as Job Safety Analysis/HAZOP approach/Work Authorization/Confined Space/Hot
    Work Permits.
  • Streamlined chemical inventory pumps, their levels and configurated dosing of chemicals as
    required by the system.
  • Operated production machinery carefully to achieve job specifications.
  • Reported safety or environmental issues to site management.
  • Notified management of production issues to prevent item defects.
