I managed payroll operations across the entire Karabakh region, ensuring that salaries were calculated accurately and delivered on time for all employees. My role required close attention to detail, from maintaining personnel records to verifying compliance with local regulations. Alongside payroll, I prepared and consolidated stock reports for the region, tracking inventory levels and movements to support management decisions. This meant coordinating with multiple departments, reconciling data, and presenting clear summaries that reflected both financial and operational realities. Working across such a wide geographic area taught me how to balance precision with efficiency, and how to keep reporting consistent even when dealing with complex, region-wide data.

I started out handling basic ledger entries and reconciling accounts, mostly for small internal projects. Over time, I got pulled into budgeting meetings where I helped track spending against forecasts—at first just taking notes, but eventually building the spreadsheets myself. I’ve worked closely with senior analysts to prepare monthly reports, digging into variances and learning how to spot patterns in the numbers. I’ve also helped with invoice processing and vendor payments, making sure everything lines up with our internal controls.
