As a Small Business owner, I use social media to market my services to the public, along with verbal advertising by knocking on neighbors doors and offering services with business cards.

I provide interior and exterior cleaning for all types of Vehicles. This experience has strengthened my time management skills because finishing jobs under 4 hours allows me to book more jobs into one day of work. I've developed an effective and efficient routine that ensures high-quality results. Operating a small business has sparked my interest in business management and has motivated me to drive continued high sales performance .

I was the first face customers saw to begin their Car wash experience. My job was to ensure all customers felt welcome and supported. I would stand next to the sales Kiosk and guide customers through the various wash packages and services offered by the company. Confidently, I communicated the features and benefits that met the customers needs. In addition, I actively promoted and explained our car wash memberships, highlighting their value and cost-saving benefits in order to encourage repeat visits and build a long-term relationship with customers. Since I am fluent in both Spanish and English, I was open to make more sales and deliver much more satisfying experience because I was the only employee fluent in both languages. With this, a wider range of customers were brought into our location. The benefit of having me as an employee is that not only was I a Sales associate, but also able to adapt into any job role if needed.
