DIAGNODENT Challenge
Winning team of the DIAGNODENT Challenge with Same El Zant and Karim Tout. The challenge was organised by Strasbourg Hospitals and was led by Dr. Agnès Bloch-Zupan with department of rare diseases. The challenge involved an classification problem of Amelogenesis Imperfecta, Dentagenesis Imperfecta as well as the cohort type on panoramic dental and X-ray images. The classification of responsible gene of the disease was based on statistical analysis from the data.
I am deeply fascinated by the intersection of artificial intelligence and cognitive science, with a particular interest in how memory, perception, and emergent behavior can be modeled in machines Recently, I’ve been working on a project that uses EEG signals to classify cognitive states and explore how neural representations might be decoded or even reconstructed—an early step toward understanding and visualizing internal mental content My broader interests include brain-computer interfaces, symbolic and sub-symbolic reasoning, and the mechanisms that give rise to intelligent behavior
