Ensure Quality Compliance:

Organize and monitor ground handling services at foreign airports in accordance with international (IATA/ICAO) standards.

• Cost and Efficiency Management:

Coordinate all ground services to ensure on-time flight performance with minimum operational costs.

• SLA & Procedures Control:

Supervise service delivery based on the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA) and operational timelines.

• Operational Coordination:

Work closely with OCC departments to ensure safe and efficient operations, minimize delays, and recover service levels when needed.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and company standards, including conducting risk assessments and maintaining safety records
• Deliver HSE training, maintain records, and manage emergency response plans
• Investigate accidents and near-misses, reporting findings and recommending improvements
• Support ISO 45001/14001 implementation and ensure proper use and availability of PPE

• Loading and unloading all kinds of aircraft cargo, passenger baggage, and freight
• Operated with all types of special cargo (center load, cross load, sea container, LAR and etc.) and secured it with straps according to all rules and standards if necessary
• Reviewed plans and documentation after receiving cargo load briefing
• Trained new team members to apply industry best practices and airfield safety protocols
• Responsible for weight and balance planning for Boeing 747-400/800 /Boeing 777Airlifted to over 50 different countries

• Oversee operations on a daily basis to ensure all manufacturing employees follow safety procedures precisely
• Marking of hazardous areas Inspection of fire hydrants
• Plan and lead safety workshops to guarantee all employees fully understand the safety procedures they are required to follow
• Communicating information and instructions quickly and accurately between management outside safety agencies and employees.Participate in some NATO’s training courses in Praga,Montenegro,Bosnia-Herzogovinia
