• Increased productivity by automating the publications request process resulting in a raised of the requests processed from 30 annually to 100 in 3 months
• Design and develop of the organization interactive publications platform hosted in the customer intranet, saving money on the hard copies reproduction and sharing the information with the concerned personnel

• Organized office transition from paper request to interactive forms and online requisition system
• Planned ans scheduled audits for all the publication's sub-accounts within the unit

Achievements:

• Development of a publication inventory system facilitating the track of more than 1000 publications distributed around the unit
• Coordination of several FMS case purchases to satisfy customer needs

• Solved fuel contamination of the fixed wing fleet by designing deployable fuel transfer system resulting in a remarkable life-extension of the fuel filters and engines of the aircraft
• Design and implementation of real-time stress tracking system for the main beam cap of the Bell Huey II Helicopters to perform studies about the possible causes of their abnormal breakages
