Meet and greet customers. Walk them through the insurance process.

Prepare repair estimates written to insurance guidelines or shop standards, for non DRP or customer pay jobs.

Blueprint the car at time of check in.

Assign work to the technicians

Review and plan repairs with the technicians after the car has been disassembled to ensure the least amount of supplements possible.

Order parts or provide the parts manager with a list of sourced, parts to be ordered.

Maintain customer communication with updates.

Delivery the car and go over repairs made with the customer. Final bill claims.

Here at Fix Auto some of my daily duties included but aren't limited to the following:

  • Adhered to DRP insurance procedures and rates applicable to estimates.
