Presented training on basic diagnostic and problem-solving techniques to enable quicker resolution of less-complex issues.
  • Oversaw Customer Service Team and trouble ticket database to ensure timely resolution of troubleshooting and repair tasks to support Command, Control, Communications, and Computer Systems (C4) for customers. Provided Headquarters (HQ) enterprise services coordination, facilitation, and resolution for provided HQ Enterprise Services.
  • Coordinated with the ONE-Net SIPRNet (Classified network) / NIPRNet (Unclassified network) service provider for issuing and connection of all CNE-CNA-C6F command PC assets.
  • Managed and maintained the Local Registration Authority (LRA) program in support of CNE-CNA-C6F and its subordinate commands to allow access to SIPRNet. Managed the departmental sponsorship program ensuring a smooth integration of incoming personnel to the department.

  • Lead four personnel in the maintenance and repair of all RADAR (Radio Detection and Ranging), IFF (Identification, friend, or foe), and Navigational equipment on board USS Sampson.
  • Identified major DDG (Guided-Missile Destroyer) class Integrated Bridge System (IBS) fault caused by Integrated Condition Assessment System (ICAS). Discovered and repaired incorrectly wired communications switch during system upgrade. Also, repaired two underway preventing gyro casualties ensuring continuous safety of navigation.
  • Established, developed, and managed robust technical training and professional development program for 40 personnel, resulting in significantly improved team cohesion and specialized skills in the following areas: Combat Systems, Maintenance and Material Management (3M), Aloft Safety, and Hazard Awareness.
  • Coordinated three system upgrades, wiring antenna replacements and countless hours of preventative and corrective maintenance, keeping all gear as close to 100% operational as possible, while overseeing the ships aloft program with 0 mishaps.
