I was tasked with following up on leads and inquiries, understanding their goals, and educating them on our process to ensure they felt we were the best solution for them. I also stayed in touch, acquiring all required documentation in a timely manner, following through on any needed follow-up and revised information, and completing the application all the way through to approval status.

I started and built a photography business as the sole employee. Through cold calling, networking, follow-ups, customer relations, and timely deliveries, I built a client book dealing with multiple professional athletes across the country, as well work with musicians, weddings, etc. I recently rebranded into a film production studio, having self-produced multiple films, organizing, and employing entire teams through completion of production, and am soon to be producing other clients' film projects as well.

Working in a fast-paced environment, I had to ensure timely, thorough, and satisfactory customer service to ensure the happiness of all of my guests. About halfway through my tenure, I was promoted to trainer, where I was tasked with understanding our conduct more deeply, explaining it to new employees, and training them to be self-sufficient within one week of starting.
