Responsibility: To carry out cold and hot loop checks on process and fire/gas systems in a gas platform, finally commissioning activity.To work with loop and layout drawings.Able to use Fluke multimeter, Process Calibrator 754, Hand pump, Decade Box, HART communicator.

• Worked with HART protocol TREX and 475, Fluke Process Calibrator, mA source
• Removed damaged instruments and repaired components.
• Conducted on troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis to determine and solution of problems
• Carry out Hot and Cold loop test of all systems

• Read technical drawings, diagrams and project documentation to make accurate decisions about electrical system installations
• Prepare PTW and ICC as per BP procedure and put isolation on Units.
• Tested electrical systems and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.

• Participated on troubleshooting activities and safety meetings
• Followed work orders and specifications for machine and equipment replacement, repair, or maintenance.
• Completed weekly reports and WOs
• Inspected and maintained equipment to keep items in top working condition.
• Monitored and documented work performance in maintenance logs in compliance with company guidelines.
• Completed partial or full dismantling of equipment to quickly repair or replace defective components and restore functionality.
• Performed preventive maintenance activities as per froosen plan
• Worked with P&ID, Cause&Effect, Loop drawings

• Investigation of equipment failure and root cause analysis of the parts of the machine tools and repaired damaged electrical/electronics parts of machine tools
• Worked with VFDs, proximity sensors, thermocouples, 3 phase motors, relay and magnetic contactors.
• Knowledgeable on electronic components and worked with them.
