- - To ensure the safe and timely delivery of the planned and preventative maintenance schedule for both the SPS Diesel Tank Farm and Supply Base Plant & Equipment Fleet
- - Maintenance department, subject matter expert and focal point for company at Supply Base and communication with relevant client and company representatives and ensure all known requirements are actioned in a timely manner and changes to planned activities are executed as instructed, effectively and safely
- - Oversee all Diesel Tank Farm (DTF) and Plant & Equipment Maintenance across BOS SHELF/BP facilities
- - Lead the Valve & PRV repair activities during Operations and in Shutdown off Diesel Tank Farm facility
- - Lead Valve and PRV repair activities of the Valve Workshop with existing resources to ensure safety and execution of valve repairing process
- - Keep under control Valves and PRV calibration and testing process
- - React in a timely manner to emergency shutdowns, urgent, unplanned or reactive work order requirements
- - Coordinate with Operations team in the management of the DTF and P&E maintenance daily work activities
- - Develop maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs for all company assets
- - Assure the availability of equipment and the continuity of production while conforming to the required integrity and maintenance program requirements
- - Efficiently lead and coordinate the maintenance resources to carry out the tasks required to meet the requirements of both the company and client
- - Support Supply Base Operations and Base Managers in leading, coaching and continually developing the workforce thus helping to achieve best in class standards
- -Coach and develop maintenance personnel in support of the maintenance Succession plan
- - Ensure the smooth administration, timely preparation of the paperwork and coordination of DTF and P&E Maintenance personnel

- -Create and follow up electronic Engineering Query (EQ) for engineering issues
- -Create, amend or cancel Preventive Maintenance schedule or work orders by raising Management of Change (MOC) forms as required
- -Process electronic MOC forms for development or amendment of equipment, operating location details and maintenance/inspection routines
- - Collate and feedback work orders / reports to the Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Coordinator/Supervisor
- -Participate in the improvement of the work of SPS maintenance departments and assist with the identification and ordering of materials and spare parts
