Answer inbound and make outbound calls according to department policies and procedures
Use tools and apply problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs
Gather and verify demographic information and document all calls using computer software such as CRM, OMNI, and TruCare
Identify crisis calls and escalate to clinical staff according to standard operating procedures
