As a System Support Representative I am in charge of the Mission Planning Network.
This network consists of two domain controllers, 4 file share servers, one map data share, two switches and 30+ computers.
This network is utilized to plan flights and missions at the 162nd Fighter wing and assist the pilots with qualification and certifying sorties.
On a daily basis I monitor the hardware, conduct upgrades, manage group policies, oversee dhcp scope, utilize active directory and conduct any troubleshooting needed to make the system run flawlessly.
Along with my primary duties as an SSR and I am a Client System Liaison (CSL) and assist end users on many different levels to include troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Java, new account creations, folder permissions and new computer set up.
