I have the profile of an electromechanical engineer, with experience in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, instrumentation, belts, jaw and cone crushers, SAG mills, ball mills, flotation cells, filtration plants, centrifugal pumps and vertical pumps. I have 1 year and 6 months of experience as a mechanical maintenance supervisor in a copper concentrator in the USA Arizona (Ray mine), 3 years of experience as a supervisor in Quebalix 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Mina Buenavista del Cobre, working in different disciplines such as: textile belts, Fuller Traylor 60x89 crushers, MP1000 and MP1250 cone crushers, SAG mill 0, ball mill 0, flotation cells 0, agitators j. cleaners (), centrifugal pumps (Warman. 450, 200, 150, 100), filter discs (Einco 10-6") Allied rock breakers, copper thickeners (), among other equipment necessary for the mining industry in concentrators and Quebalix. I have also worked on different chute and belt instruments (tilt switch, chute cover, speed switch, etc.,), I also worked for 4 months in the ESDE'S area of Buenavista del Cobre as an instrument technician and 2 years and 8 months in the company Komatsu, in maintenance of heavy machinery such as Komatsu equipment: 830, 930, 960, Terex 4400, WA1200, WAS00 front loader. I also have experience in the design and reengineering of machines and elements, which I practiced for approximately 1 year in the engineering department. I also have knowledge of welding, electronics, communication networks, construction, as well as studies of DEM (discrete element methods), FEA (finite element analysis). In which everything mentioned above I have exercised in my working life. In the electromechanical engineering career I developed skills in simulations, design and architecture of industrial automation, with knowledge of analysis and design of hydraulic and pneumatic fluids, electrical substations, thermoelectric plants, PLC and its digital and analog electronic architecture
Currently, I am working as a mechanical maintenance supervisor III in the Concentrator area, in this area I am responsible for all mechanical maintenance of the area, Crushers, grinding, flotation, filter plant and tailings.
My responsibility ranges from pumps, mills, crushers, belts, flotation cells, filter discs, pipes and everything that entails copper production, as well as mechanical equipment used in the laboratory.
I worked as a maintenance supervisor in the Quebalix 1, 2, 3, 4 area, in this area I have to see gyratory crusher (lubrication systems, spiders, shields, motors, shafts, etc.), mechanics (pulleys, reducers, bearings), hydraulics (rock breakers and filtration systems), Conveyor belts (textiles and pulley covers), I was responsible of electrical and instrumentation that involved the area.
I worked in the instrumentation area in which I attended the SXEW 3 plant, working with overhead cranes, stripping machine and electrolyte cells, i was responsible for the instrumentation involved on this equipment.
I work in Komatsu as Electrical and mechanical technician, in were i got knowledge of Komatsu Haul truck 830, 930, 960, wa1200 and wa900 front loaders as well as auxiliary equipment. In this area I developed as an electromechanical, Receiving certifications of fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance of these machines.
I worked in the area of design, redesign and engineering of machines and elements, as well as measurements and proposals for solutions based on mathematical analysis, I also worked with 3D printers and parts modeling.
