• Manage projects from conception through construction and completion
• Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
• Design Development / Coordinate design development and assist in providing technical direction regarding the scope of projects.
• Monitors modifications in Design/Site (by client) and make sure that it has no impact on the main design and its implemented inside the shop drawings
• Assigning the subcontractors as per client requirements, their qualification and quotation.
• Evaluate the technical documents for each subcontractor.
• Reviewing material submittals.
• Review the Design and shop drawings by sub-contractors for all finishing packages.
• Assists in preparation of project execution strategy.
• Coordinate between the sub-contractor & consultant.
• Coordinate between the sub-contractors to ensure delivery of works as per agreed program.
• Directed and supervised the interior work in site full-time.
• Following up Mock-up execution for all finishing items as per Project specs and client approval.
• Follow up with procurement and approval of materials.
• Follow up with schedule for all activities in line of baseline and related activities Program.
• Follow site work and progress with and subcontractors as per project specs and approved shop drawings.
• Ensure testing and commissioning is carried out in line with the project requirements.

▪ Inspect Project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specification
& safety.
▪ Preparation of daily progress reports, weekly progress reports for close monitoring of
progress.
▪ Coordinating with suppliers/Subcontractor inorder to complete the project on time

▪ Calculated construction material costs and quantity needed and gave estimates.
▪ Supervised engineering activities at project sites and ensured work was in accordance
with specifications.
▪ Documented project progress and preparation of Reports.
