Oversee and monitor the operations of a 5MEG Facility Building as a Lead Senior Engineer I oversee and conduct preventive maintenance and monitor the operations of the buildings critical facilities equipment, fire/life safety, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, In addition assists with the coordination and management of the technical, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems and operations of the property and assets, acting as Chief when the Chief Engineer is unavailable, assist the Chief coordinating our site renovations projects that conclude of reconfiguring power circuitry and re-routing, adding power for new equipment, Train, monitor and evaluate new Facilities Engineers & Facilities Technicians, supervise daily basis conduct a routine and ongoing assessment of the building systems operations also perform tests, rounds and analyzes data to assure the proper functioning of critical equipment

Utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial system, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Work under limited supervision, monitor building system operations and performance. Utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling. Ensure all applicable regulations, governmental codes, and company directives related to building operations and work safety are complied with. Inspect Building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and pluming to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. Oversee and inspect the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, remodeling, HVAC, Plumbing, and cleaning. Perform assigned repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance and complete maintenance and repair records as required. Review assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Order necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks. I also maintain an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum. While in this role I Suggested and implemented an update in from written PMS work

Conducted routine and periodic preventative building system maintenance checked investigated and resolved tenant complaints with efficiency and courtesy. Obtained approval for all repairs in coordination with outside contractors organized and kept track of all maintenance log records and work order details, daily routine and readings on water treatment and chiller. Assist in coordinating needed resources to provide access and support for small non-capital improvements projects. Organized and directed vendors as well as executed work orders such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and routine repairs and maintenance to provide optimum service within prescribed budget

Perform electrical maintenance of 277-volt lighting replace lamps, ballast tombstones, light switches and receptacles. Check circuit breakers, trace circuits and perform electrical troubleshooting using multi-meter and volt detector. Provide plumbing maintenance repairs and or maintain flushometers, toilets, urinals, faucets waist and drains. Repair and maintain restrooms partitions and hardware. Commercial carpentry maintenance such as repairing of auto door closers, doors, windows all types of flooring suspended ceilings systems and minor drywall repairs also assist in operation of elevators. Other responsibilities include daily walk inspections of buildings designated to me such as equipment rooms, pump rooms, and chiller rooms. Experience using work orders applications system (T.M.A)

Responsible for electrical repair up to code such as changing out 277-volt lighting ballast, switches, tombstones, lamps and receptacles including troubleshooting using volt-meter and volt detector. Job function also included landscaping, plumbing, drywall repair, painting a well HVAC preventative maintenance and repairs. Set up schedules and supervised outsourced vendors and contractors. Facilitated daily work orders and provided supervisor day to day updates on task completed.

Perform all electrical task with little supervision read blueprints, prepare underground layouts, run conduit and wire to blueprint specifications, install feeders, troubleshoot malfunctions and shorting circuits, responsible for roughing in all wall receptacles and landing all dedicated circuits to specific panels and following all panel schedules

Responsible for roughing in all wall receptacles, running conduit, pulling wire, all too electrical codes and piping electrical rooms to distribute circuits to their dedicated areas as read on prints. Troubleshooting and service calls, also running wire for data communication and making up all connections to specific number order and by print specification. Duties also included on call work orders for special projects.

Responsible for delivery and order material and manage schedules and timelines. Pick up and pull orders complete invoice, inventory and deliver conformation. Detail and time management to follow strict policy related to employee conduct and reporting.
