• Responsible for recording, compiling, reporting and documenting operating data, and monitoring process indicators.
• Coordinate the start-up, shut-down (normal & emergency) and normal operations with lead operator and field operators.
• Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.
• Responsible for preparation such as plant isolation etc., for day-to-day maintenance work.
• Work directly with vendors and contractors in the transfer of technical advice during the initial period of operation.

• Drawing process flow diagrams (in Visio) and writing SOP of PP plant for pre-start-up, start-up, temporary shut down and complete shut down cases.
• To follow the Construction procedure of Polypropylene Plant, to make sure that all the equipment, Vessels were installed properly according to the P&ID.
• Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Polypropylene Plant ( such as Punching of lines, line blowing, pressuring and depressurizing lines and vessels, purging, leak testing, function tests) ▪ Start-up plant, Performance Testing.
• Operate plant - Monitor and operate all process control equipment. Interpret and comply with all plant procedures

▪ Discussing failure modes, HAZOP analyses, Interlock description and design basis of process together with engineers of technical support team.

▪ Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment.

▪ Analysis of the data found in trends, charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information
