  • Patrolman, Advanced to Sergeant and subsequently Criminal Investigation officer within five years and in 2010 promoted to Investigations Commander.
  • Organized and developed a successful Field Training Officer's Program.
  • Assisted in the development of a canine program for the Gila River Indian Community. Only one of three programs regionally at the time.
  • Developed and maintained a community Block Watch Program in two different locations within the community.
